UTRGV is offering COVID 19 vaccination to its students 16 years and older starting this Monday, according to email students have received this past week.

Offers of the vaccine for students came just in time for the widening of eligibility in Texas.

UT Health RGV will simplify vaccination for students, first, they will have to log in at https://uthealthrgv.org/health-care-news/coronavirus/vaccine/ and fill the vaccination form, after that students will receive an email with information about their appointment for vaccination which will start on April 6, vaccination will be available at Brownsville, Edinburg, and Harlingen.

After their first dose students will receive information for their second dose to complete immunization.

UTRGV Deputy President Janna Arney announced plans for students to return this Fall to Campus full time.
