Three Harlingen students have been awarded a $1,500 scholarship from The Harlingen Concert Association.
The College Scholarship Award program was created by the HCA during the COVID-19 pandemic and is given to students whose academic studies will be in the field of performing arts.
The recipients of the scholarships were Romar Hernandez, Victoria Rivera, and Ethan Gonzalez.
Officials hope to keep the scholarship awards as an ongoing program.
