A Flash Flood Watch remains until Thursday for RGV

A Flash Flood watch has been issued for most parts of the Rio Grande Valley until Thursday night.

Numerous roads are flooded across southeastern Hidalgo County, western Cameron County, and parts of Willacy County. All of those icons on the map show reports of flooded roads. Some of the roads are listed below:

North 12th St. and Quamasia Ave. / All four bounds

North 11th St. and Shasta Ave. / All four bounds

North 11th St. and Redbud Ave. / All four bounds

North Ware Rd. and Nolana Ave. / North and South Lanes

North 4th St. Redbud Ave/ North and South bound

North 4th St. and Primrose Ave/ North and South bound

Ware Road and Nolana Ave / North and South

Tres Lagos Entrance of Ware Rd. / East and West bound

Rusell Rd. And 29th St. /East and West bound

Mile 9 and Ware Rd. / East and West bound

Residents are advised to avoid these areas and to not drive near them to avoid possible accidents.
