Pitbull concert will have COVID-19 safety measures in place

Next Thursday, August 5, rapper “Pitbull” is scheduled to perform at the Bert Ogden Arena, with the pandemic still ongoing in the Country, officials with the arena announced several COVID-19 related safety measures that will be taking place at the concert.

Masks will still be required upon entry into the arena, but once you’re sitting down you will be able to take off your mask, while socially distanced.

Once you’re sitting down and you want to eat or drink you can certainly take off your mask, but we’re asking that everyone keep their masks up, and maintain social distancing” said Bert Ogden Arena Marketing Director Shalimar Madrigal.

The arena will also use sanitation crews to offer disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer to those who need it.

Those teams will also use hospital-grade disinfectant during the concert to sanitize high-traffic areas.
